Coordination services are for those couples who enjoy the planning process, but don’t want to be frazzled and keep everyone in check at their own wedding. We ensure your day runs smoothly so you can entertain and be entertained, we want you to not worry about all the side jobs needed to make the day continue on schedule.
We arrive onsite at least one hour prior to your first vendor/delivery and work with all vendors to ensure the setup and deliveries are completed, light candles, keep timeline on time, ensure guest and couple are being entertained throughout the day/night and not having stress over the details needed to make that happen.
